Of course we could look for two different adjectives, but if they've used the same adjective in the original, then that must have been for a reason (always presuming that texts are written with all the attention and care that we would apply ourselves, eh?!)

A estas alturas ... I've spotted my spelling mistake/typo (not entirely sure whether fingers were doing their own thing or I was thinking of something like bourbon!!
