Any suggestions for stock de riquezas inferior? Thank you.

A stock/An evaluation/The situation of lower/less wealth

Explanation:

Lower stock values

Explanation:
The decline in the stock markets worldwide in 2008 resulting from the financial crisis means that the value of stockholdings of investors had fallen to lower/poor levels (requizas inferior). The writer may have meant "global stock market" when he mentioned "stock."

My best guess, given the context.

Lower net worth

Explanation:
I don't think the Anglicism "stock" here is specifically referring to stocks (stock de riquezas then doesn't make sense) but rather stock in the sense of stockpile/inventory.

"In personal finance, net worth (or wealth) refers to an individual's net financial position; similarly, it uses the value of all assets minus the value of all liabilities (debt)."
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Net_worth

This is the polite phrase most commonly used in the US to describe one's wealth.
