-pagar cualquier ítem u orden aun si no hubiesen saldos o fondos cobrados suficientes en ninguna cuenta,
-cargar en una cuenta la totalidad o parte del precio de compra de inversiones adquiridas por el depositante al Banco, para el cual no hubiesen saldos o fondos cobrados suficientes en la cuenta, y
-cargar a una cuenta todo otro adelanto, cualesquiera fuese su clase o naturaleza, que el Banco pueda efectuar por o en nombre del depositante, creado asi, un prestamo de sobregiro en dicha cuenta. |
