Spanish term or phrase: remontée dans le capital
This term is taken from a document about New Caledonia, specifically here, about its mineral resources. Here is the beginning of the paragraph that includes the term (the first 3 sentences were given to me in EN already):
"The third project, a new nickel mine at Goro, South Province, is run by the Brazilian company VALE. The three provinces have each signed up to acquire a total stake of 10 per cent in Goro Nickel. These shares were originally held by the French Government’s mining and geological research department. {Un pacte d’actionnaire, prévoyant les modalités de *remontée des provinces dans le capital* du projet Goro Nickel, a été révisé en septembre 2008 pour faciliter la *remontée des provinces dans le capital* à hauteur de 10% et leur ouvrir la possibilité de remonter à 20% dans le future."

It appears to mean that the provinces will each acquire 10% and eventually increase that share to 20%, but is there is a financial term for this concept? Thanks very much for your help!
