Spanish term or phrase: la parte no dispuesta
Part of a procedure for banks to follow to combat fraud. Not sure which of the many meanings of "disponer" is being used here. Any ideas?

La entidad beneficiaria, una vez ratificada la solicitud por la ordenante por medio de fax o correo electrónico, procederá, en el plazo de tres días, a devolver el importe transferido o ***la parte no dispuesta***.

Many thanks.

the part/share not drawn

Explanation:
In Spain "disponer" (de un crédito) is to draw on the amount credited in the xxx account. Given the context, I assume that the entity (beneficiary) that received "suspect" monies is requested to return it, totally or partially.

See the Alcaraz Varó Hughes Financial, page 283, "draw2", "draw4".
