Diputado por la Coalición Cívica apuntó que la existencia del programa "evidencia el doble discurso permanente" del Gobierno, en este caso por sus "dichos previos agresivos hacia el organismo con el que termina acordando una supervisión para el INDEC". Señaló Pérez que vuelva o no la relación con el FMI era "tema discutible" pero que "no está claro" qué es lo que va a "priorizar" el Gobierno. "Los vencimientos de deuda para 2009, 2010 y 2011 son muy fuertes y la recesión local, muy grave. El país va a tener que optar si prioriza recesión o deuda".

I'm not sure if this should be read as if there were a comma after "que vuelva o no" followed by: the relationship with the IMF is a “debatable matter”. Thanks in advance.

Sounds like the debatable matter is not the relationship with the IMF, but whether such relationship will be restored or not (que vuelva o no).

At least, this could be an interpretation... hard to tell though!

Sounds like the debatable matter is not the relationship with the IMF, but whether such relationship will be restored or not (que vuelva o no).

At least, this could be an interpretation... hard to tell though!
