Spanish term or phrase: PACT.
In a chart detailing the balance and amount owed of a mortgage payment, under "Dividendo" appear three categories: "ACT." (which I assume to mean "actual"), "PAG." (which I assume to mean "pagado"), and "PACT." --- this is where I'm stuck. The quality of the source file is not the best, and it could in fact be RACT. or even PACI. / RACI.

I'm sure it's something really obvious, but I'm drawing a complete blank. Any insight will be much appreciated.
