Ordinarily I would say "investment portfolio', but from the context it looks more like a budget. I don't think the program even makes investments. If you still think it IS 'investment portfolio', please explain your reasoning.

On the other hand, client-scanned PDF files can be extremely messy. I have seen garbled texts that do not compare to their originals (which in many cases I have found online).

Another term we use, particularly for major projects in both the private and public sector, is "capital investment sheet." There are numerous Google references pertaining to the use of this term!
