El texto habla de los diferentes esqumas de asociacion o tipos de sociedades para crear en empresas sindicatos, etc particularmente en Mexico. Es una lista y los ultimos dos son:
Sociedad Civil y Asociacion Civil. He visto las definiciones de ambas en Wikipedia pero al pensar en los terminos en ingles no me parece que estos expresan lo mismo.
Si alguien me pudiera dar una mano??

Asociación civil: business form used by charitable and non profit organizations.
Sin embargo, normalmente se añade en Asociación Civil el adjetivo (Asociación sin fines de lucro))
