se registrará un préstamo a largo plazo retribuido. I have a problem in this context with "retribuido". All loans must be paid back so it sounds redundant to say "retribuido".

I don't think "retribuido" is redundant if you read it as belonging to the phrase "a largo plazo". The term for this in English is, I think, a "long-term repayment plan/option" as given in the example below:

Explanation:
I certainly can't make any sense of that "retribuido". Unless "retribuido" is the first word of a new sentence (in that case there would be a missing comma after "plazo") I think it is a redundant word.
