Spanish term or phrase: se registrará un préstamo a largo plazo retribuido
se registrará un préstamo a largo plazo retribuido. I have a problem in this context with "retribuido". All loans must be paid back so it sounds redundant to say "retribuido".

a loan with a long-term repayment option will be offered
Explanation:
I don't think "retribuido" is redundant if you read it as belonging to the phrase "a largo plazo". The term for this in English is, I think, a "long-term repayment plan/option" as given in the example below:

These two plans offer simple, long-term repayment options for consolidated loan holders. The next section will detail two additional plans which have more ...

A loan will be granted

Explanation:
I certainly can't make any sense of that "retribuido". Unless "retribuido" is the first word of a new sentence (in that case there would be a missing comma after "plazo") I think it is a redundant word.

an interest-bearing loan will be recorded

Explanation:
This is my best guess in the absence of more context. It sounds like this is more complicated than the simple granting of a loan.
