net buyer / net demander
Explanation:
I agree with patinba on the awkward sound of "demander", though it is quite used -as measured with a quoted google search.

"Net buyer" is more euphonic and also very common.

Example:

"What happens to money supply when federal reserve is the net buyer of government bonds? Someone asked me this and I don`t know what to tell her. Please help".

"The central bank community for the first time in 20 years is possibly going to be a net buyer of gold having been a net seller since 1988 ... Today the market will also focus on the U.S. jobs data and how the dollar reacts."

agree  Christina Courtright: I think "demander" doesn't sound natural (sure, supply & demand, but...)

-> Thanks, Christina. In response to Caludia's discussion question, demander would also be correct, but as the text is about buying and selling foreign currency, purchaser is more straightforward.
