Este término trata de la empresa que se hará cargo de realizar las obras. No encuentro un término adecuado en inglés, fuera de designer, draftman, planners, etc. Mi duda es que el "designer" no necesariamente será la empresa que realice el proyecto. Sus ideas serán de mucha utilidad.
