Spanish to English translations [PRO] Bus/Financial - Finance (general)
Spanish term or phrase:bonificacion a los tipos de interes
Hi all,
I am translating a bank flyer, and this phrase is part of their mortgage offer. The whole paragraph reads:
Revisión anual: Euríbor + 1,05%.**
1,95% TAE con bonificaciones a los tipos(1)
2,34% TAE sin bonificaciones a los tipos(1)
The only thing that has me stumped is the part about "bonificacion a los tipos". I know they are talking about interest rates, but I don't really understand what they are getting at, and I can find only 4 references to this particular phrase in Internet. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Yes, I agree with you. I was hoping for a nice, neat, financial term that is widely used in English, but I think your suggestion is the best option for now, and as usual, I am up against a deadline. Thank you so much for your suggestion, and thank God you 4 KudoZ points were awarded for this answer
After trawling the Internet I've come up with references to "refunded loans", which may fit this context, so I think this could be called a "refunded interest rate loan". I would be happy to hear your comments... anyone. Thanks
Me imagino que se refiere a que el tipo de interés o la Tasa Anual Equivalente se ve reducida si se dispone de: un seguro, un plan de pensiones, la domicilición de haberes, un seguro de protección de pagos, etc. Abajo te incluyo una referencia para que veas a qué se refieren. Saludos.
What is the 1 in brackets at the end? Is it a footnote?
