Spanish term or phrase: FCE por desempleo
This is in a table relating to national insurance contributions under a heading entitled "Fracción de Cuota" which I believe is "share of amount" or something similar.

Does this stand for "Fracción de Cuota Empresarial"? If so, what is the best way to translate it?

The line above it reads "Desempleo - C.Obrera" which I'm assuming stands for "Cuota Obrera."

Explanation:
I think fracción de cuota would normally be expressed (on a UK payslip, for example) as Employee´s contribution, therefore FCE would be Employer´s contribution. Have a look at page 8 of link.
