I am translating an annual report and I have the following phrase
"Swap de tipo de interés con opción de conversión unilateral y con CAP de Knock-out"
To describe the interest rate hedging for the company. My attempt is
"Interest rate swap with unilateral conversion option and with Knock-out cap"
But I am not happy with the direct translation of "unilateral conversion option". I can´t see the phrase on google. Any better suggestions?
