El deterioro de la situación patrimonial de familias y de empresas, sujetas a niveles de incertidumbre y de riesgo mayores de lo habitual, junto con sus altos niveles de apalancamiento, han ocasionado fuertes aumentos de la morosidad, que tiende a mostrar un desfase temporal con respecto al ciclo económico, que ha dejado atrás su punto más crítico.

agree  Richard Boulter: How about 'temporary de-synchronization...'? I know it's not a word, but the Spanish seems a bit clumsy, too. Just a thought. With Liz, I like using 'sychronize', in one way or another.

Explanation:
