This sentence is giving me headache. Any suggestions greatly appreciated.
CONTEXT:
“Una vez que el centro de riesgo (sucursal que otorga el aval y que asume el riesgo que conlleva) concede el aval, se procede a su materialización, proceso éste que formaliza la operación y desencadena la contabilización en las cuentas pertinentes y el cobro de las comisiones en la cuenta asociada al aval.”

Here’s what I went for in the end, I had to include "system" to make it work:
“Una vez que el centro de riesgo (sucursal que otorga el aval y que asume el riesgo que conlleva) concede el aval, se procede a su materialización, proceso éste que formaliza la operación y desencadena la contabilización en las cuentas pertinentes y el cobro de las comisiones en la cuenta asociada al aval.”
“Once the Risk Center (the branch that grants the guaranty and assumes the risk involved) approves the guaranty, it will proceed to issue it — a process that formalizes the transaction, and triggers the system to both post it to the relevant accounts, and transfer the guaranty fees to the account associated to it.”

"enter into a Transaction" means sign it (firmar etc) "book into a Transaction" means enter in the accounts (contabilizar) ...

Asker: Thanks Liz, I obviously know the meaning of 'contabilizar', my problem is wording it into the sentence...
Asker: Not really... 'operación' here is transaction, so this software automatically formalises the transaction, then 'desencadena la contabilización en las cuentas pertinentes', which I understand as triggers/prompts the system to account for the transaction in the accounts assigned to it... And this is my problem, the double 'account' thing in English...
