I´m still with the audit report and it says:
"La calificación de la adecuación a la ley y a los estatutos de las decisiones y actos de los órganos de la Sociedad..."
It is written in such a complex way that it is difficult for me to express it in English.

Honestly, I believe that saying the bylaws of the company you don't have to also indicate the decisions and actions, because they are part of the bylaws.
Also I believe that just saying compliance involves "calificación de la adecuación"

Honestly, I believe that saying the bylaws of the company you don't have to also indicate the decisions and actions, because they are part of the bylaws.
