El importe correspondiente a las suscripciones deberá **tomar valor** en la cuenta del Fondo no más tarde del quinto día hábil anterior al del cálculo del valor liquidativo. De lo contrario a la orden de suscripción se le aplicará el valor liquidativo correspondiente del mes siguiente.

Does this mean that the value of the subscription amount must be included in the Fund's account no later than five days prior to the date on which the net asset value is calculated?
