OCTAVA. Liquidaciones líquidas y exigibles. En cualquiera de los casos de resolución o rescisión o vencimiento del préstamo, el Banco practicará una liquidación conforme a su contabilidad, considerándose como cantidad líquida, legítima y exigible, a los efectos del pago y de la ejecución, en su caso, el saldo que de ella resulte, a lo que se somete expresamente la Prestataria y que hará fe en juicio y surtirá todos los efectos legales.
