No se completó el Plan Desarrollo Personal del Técnico. Fondo utilizado para el pago de servicios y vigilancia, según acta de replaneación administrativa.

Desafortunadamente no cuento con más contexto, no obstante estaba pensando en dejarlo de la siguiente forma:

Administrative rescheduling minutes, sin embargo pienso como que si tengo que agregar algo más para complementarlo y darle mayor sentido.
