Encontré en internet las siglas R.P. de L. de O.P., donde L. de O.P. se refiere a licitaciones de obras públicas. Sin embargo, no encontré a qué se refiere R.P. ¿En el documento hacen referencia a licitación alguna? Tal vez eso significa la "L."
