Spanish term or phrase: Regularización compra del (date & card number)
This is from the credit card statement of a Spanish bank, and I find that the terms used are different from the ones used in Argentina. I have to translate it into UK English, and I'm terribly ignorant of financial/banking terms in either language under the best of circumstances, so I'll be enormously grateful for any help I can get!

This is money returned on a purchase; it must be some kind of discount or special offer arranged between the bank and the vendor. The amount credited appears to be about 25% of the price of purchase.

year-end adjustment for the purchase(s) of (date & card number)
Explanation:
regularizacion - taken from the Oxford Business Spanish Dictionary is 'year-end adjustment' - not 100 % sure what it means, something like the leveling out of the credit card statements which have been over- and under-paid, then you pay or receive the difference.

Maybe if the 'credit' is repaid more quickly then no interests are paid, which were included in the original price, and so it appears to be a return / discount /special offer on the bank statement.

Asker: It's not the end of the year, but adjustment seems a very useful word in the context. Thanks!
