SUPERVISIÓN DE LA CONSTRUCCIÓN

El Contratista analizará el programa previsto para la ejecución de las obras, en cuanto a:
• Tareas
• Presupuesto
• Viabilidad del cronograma
Una vez analizados los puntos críticos del cronograma, la principal labor del Contratista será visitar las obras y revisar la documentación relevante de cara al visado de las certificaciones y el cumplimiento del planning. El análisis de estas desviaciones se realizará bajo un punto de vista financiero, para minimizar el impacto económico de los “intercalarios”.

Explanation:
I am not a accountant but his is my understanding:
The term is "intereses intercalarios". It is interest on the project finance that is incurred between project start and the entry into service. Under accounting rules, it is capitalised along with the cost of the project and then depreciated over the project lifetime. In contrast, AFAIK, once the project is operational, interest incurred is deductible in the year (much more interesting for the owner). Therefore, the owner will wish to avoid anything that increases the interest incurred during construction.
