This is an amendment of a Spanish law on account auditing based on Directive 2006/43/EC:

Por otra parte, en el artículo 5 se precisa el sistema de fuentes jurídicas al que debe sujetarse la realización de la actividad de auditoría, constituido por los tres grupos de normas, objeto de regulación separada en la Directiva 2006/43/CE:

las normas de auditoría, las normas de ética y las normas que regulan el sistema de control de calidad interno de los auditores de cuentas y sociedades de auditoría.

Para los dos últimos grupos de normas, contenidas en la actualidad en las vigentes normas técnicas de auditoría, se mantiene el mismo régimen competencial y procedimental de elaboración hasta ahora existente.
