EXCLUSIÓN DE DEUDAS VENCIDAS O CASTIGADAS

Las instituciones financieras deberán excluir del Estado de Deudores, la información relativa a deudas vencidas o castigadas respecto de personas que cumplan cualquiera de los siguientes requisitos:

1. Deudores contra quienes la institución financiera acreedora carece de títulos ejecutivos. Es decir, no exista una letra de cambio, pagaré o sentencia anterior u otro antecedente que la ley califique como título ejecutivo.

  -> Me parece interesante tu sugerencia, pero yo consideraría que no, pues "execution" da la idea de que es algo que ya se ejecutó o se va a ejecutar. En cambio, "executory" da la idea de algo condicionado. ¡Saludos!
