disagree  philgoddard: It's not redundant at all - "consistent" is an important part of the sentence.

  -> I beg to differ, Phil. To me the inclusion of 'management' and 'model' implies plenty of 'consistency' as it is — no need to overdo it by adding ‘consistent’ (that’s my thinking anyway)
