Hi everyone,

There is a Proz entry on this, but I would like another opinion. Is there a specific translation for the term 'acciones en depósito'?

b) Los instrumentos de inversión inscritos en bolsas de valores posean una capitalización de mercado no menor a los doscientos millones de dólares de los Estados Unidos de América (US$ 200 000 000) o su equivalente en las monedas señaladas en el artículo 3°. No obstante, los instrumentos de inversión representativos de derechos sobre "acciones en depósito" inscritos en bolsas de valores que representan derechos sobre índices o canastas de acciones que cumplen con las disposiciones del presente Reglamento, deberán poseer una capitalización de mercado no menor a los cincuenta millones de dólares de los Estados Unidos de América (US$ 50 000 000) o su equivalente en las monedas señaladas en el artículo 3°.
