Bus/Financial - Finance (general) | | Spanish term or phrase: liquidación de saldos en moneda extranjera | Esto es parte de un artículo de la Ley de Ilícitos Cambiarios vigente en Venezuela:
"Es competencia exclusiva del Banco Central de Venezuela, bien en moneda, bien en títulos valores, realizada con el objeto final de obtener para sí o para sus clientes, la liquidación de saldos en moneda extranjera por la enajenación de los mismos en una oportunidad previa a su fecha de vencimiento, la venta y compra de divisas por cualquier monto. Quien contravenga esta normativa está cometiendo un ilícito cambiario y será sancionado con multa del doble del monto de la operación o su equivalente en bolívares."
Hasta los momentos tengo:
"The sale and purchase of foreign currency in any amount, whether in money or in securities, made with the purpose of obtaining, for itself or its clients, the ¿¿¿???, is the sole competence of the Central Bank of Venezuela. Whoever contravenes this regulation is committing a currency exchange crime and will be penalized with a fine equivalent to twice the amount of the transaction or its equivalent in bolívares"
