Spanish term or phrase: dejarlos fuera bajo contrato de alquiler
For the UK.

I'm not sure of the exact meaning of this phrase, especially how 'bajo' is used here. Normally it is simply 'under contract' but I'm not sure it doesn´t mean something more here.

This is what I have so far:

"....to consider omitting them / leaving them out by means of / under a rental contract/ through a rental contract"

Any suggestions on how best to word this would be appreaciated. Thanks!

agree  rich.: I think this is the idea, "to exclude them" (from any potential deal and lease them instead) "under a lease agreement", maybe a comma and/or a word or two extra would make it clearer but this is what they mean
