Spanish term or phrase: vinculaciones
The "personas sujetas" as far as I understand refer to people subject to the Stock Market Code of Conduct regulations. I'm not entirely sure of what they mean by "vinculaciones" here.

"El xx% de las personas sujetas tienen firmados los formularios de aceptación de los códigos y las declaraciones de personas equiparadas y ***vinculaciones**."

Explanation:
Given that it is a code of conduct, I am pretty sure that they are trying to identify possible conflicts of interest and are referring to a declaration of "related persons and relationships" that may influence the actions of the person making the declaration.

You can see something similar in section V of the PRISA code of conduct.

Explanation:
I think they refer to the fact that in some cases, family members also have to sign those forms as in the case of politically exposed persons. More context would be helpful, though.
