Actually, Allegro, for once I disagree with you. Although the questioner has misunderstood the meaning of "pro", and could have looked this up in a dictionary rather than posting a question, I'm not sure this passes the "any bilingual person without the aid of a dictionary" test.

Detach yourself from your own background/specialisation and think of a - hypothetical - randomly selected bilingual person. Thanks for your comment. The ProZ definition of a PRO question has nothing to do with the status of the asker, and I don't doubt for one minute that you are a professional.

Dear Allegro Trans, Your opinion that this is not a PRO question has been noted. Let me assure you that the asker is a PRO translator who is charging PRO rates to do a PRO translation for a PRO law firm involved in a PRO lawsuit that will be battled out in a PRO court of law, and we would be most grateful for whatever good-faith PRO help our colleagues are kind enough to extend.
