| | visits to the Alhambra building | Explanation: This assumes that it refers to the Banco Santander. If not, I presume it must be the Alhambra in Granada.
As Emiliano says, there is a branch of the Banco Santander's operation called Alhambra. However, I think "visitas en", which implies going to a place, is more likely to refer to the Edificio Alhambra, one of the buildings in the Santander's Ciudad Financiera in Boadilla del Monte (Madrid):
"El edificio Alhambra, situado frente a la Ciudad Financiera, alberga las oficinas de Isban (Ingeniería de Software Bancario), la filial del Santander que desarrolla los sistemas informáticos de la entidad a nivel mundial."

Maybe the bank has held meetings with the client in its Alhambra building.

In fact "meetings in the Alhambra (building)" would probably be a better translation than "visits to...". |

| Grading comment Thanks all! I thought it was strange that they should take customers to see the Alhambra while discussing their accounts :) 4 KudoZ points were awarded for this answer |
