I'm currently translating a list of current account conditions for a Bank's customers looking to take out a new account. In the following phrase, I'm having difficulty translating the above phrase:
Las entregas que no se realicen en moneda de curso legal o en metálico, se abonarán en cuenta condicionadas a su buen fin y a reserva de su efectividad, siendo entretanto indisponibles, salvo autorización de la Banca Cívica.
