Asker: Yeah, I currently tentatively have it as "person granting authority" and "person granted authority". However, these options are very awkward. Seems to me the "delegante" is some kind of executive granting the authority to another employee to handle risk management within the bank. So you're thinking "delegator" and "delegate" would suffice?
