BTW, IMO a slip is not necessarily for "proof of payment" nor is a deposit slip for proof of deposit, but it is filled out to make the deposit. After it is stamped by the bank, then it could serve as proof of deposit, but before that, it's simply the paper filled out to make the deposit/payment. |
