Does anyone know what this could be in English? There doesn't seem to be much reference to "parafinancing" anywhere on Google from what I can make out. Can anyone help out?

Explanation:
As far as I can see this term was coined by a bank in Spain (amongst many other Spanglish terms). There are some translations of it out there as "parafinancing”, but these are all literal translations into English, and I can’t find any evidence that it actually exists in English.

I found the two following passages about a particular bank in Spain, which seems to be from the same text that you're translating. There’s quite a lot of redundancy going on, in my view, and this is how I would handle that redundancy:
“El negocio de XXXX XXXXX en servicios parafinancieros experimentó un crecimiento anual del 13,83% a cierre de 2011.”
“XXXX XXXXX's business financing services experienced annual growth of 13.83% at the close of 2011.”
