judgment, formal announcement, decision, opinion (of the arbiter) Explanation: IMHO that's what it sounds like, though can't be sure from the context. |

Reference: summons Reference information: For me, the word dictamen is operative here in that it references in my opinion a decision made by an expert to have issued a warrant/summons for the opposite party to abide by...So the word summons for emplazamiento makes sense to me in the context. (a source: Black's Law Dictionary definition of "summons' (in the common law); and Diccionario de Derecho by Rafael de Pina et al. (Mexican law) for its definitions of emplazamiento and of dictamen. Good luck. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 1 hr (2014-03-23 18:45:20 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- In retrospect, have you considered whether the word "notification" fits for your purposes? It seems to be a neutral approach...msl, Portland Maine USA |

These credits and debits are possible without physical money changing hands through a computerized system known as Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). The federal government regulates the ACH and provides a system for consumers to dispute and correct ETF errors through the Electronic Fund Transfer Act. Have a question?
