Bus/Financial - Finance (general)
Spanish term or phrase: pago/ingreso
This document is about chargeback management. The term appears several times (usually without much context) and I wasn't sure about the best wording.

The best I've come up with is "incoming/outgoing payment" but I wanted to hear other opinions.

Thanks.

Incoming payment

Explanation:

Notes to answerer
Asker: I don't think they are synonyms since the document contains a section titled "Aplicar Pago" and another titled "Aplicar Ingreso".

Payment / Paying / Taxes

Explanation:
I think the meaning is that there won't be any fees or taxes charged as there will be discounts. So pago/ingreso here could refer to the taxes OR the payments and both are in US English.
