Me pregunto si estos dos términos se podrían traducir por "subsidy/subsidy parameters" en el siguiente párrafo o bien utilizar remuneration. (O quizás otro término más adecuado).

El ejercicio 2014 comenzó con la incertidumbre sobre la retribución de la actividad eléctrica, en Julio se aprobó el Real Decreto 413/2014 de 6 de Junio, por el que se regula la actividad de producción de energía eléctrica a partir de fuentes renovables, cogeneración y residuos y la orden ITE/1045/2014, de 16 de Junio, por la que se aprueban los parámetros retributivos de las instalaciones tipo aplicables a determinadas instalaciones de producción de energía eléctrica a partir de energía renovables, cogeneración y residuos, terminando con un año de incertidumbre regulatoria. "

"retribución" does not mean "subsidy" in this context. "Compensation" and "remuneration" would also be wrong, for an electric power company.
incertidumbre sobre la retribución de la actividad eléctrica = uncertainty concerning revenues from electrical activities.
se aprueban los parámetros retributivos de las instalaciones = the rate parameters for [certain (see below)] facilities are approved.
Alternative: the revenue parameters for [certain (see below)] facilities are approved.
Alternative 2: the parameters for income realization for [certain (see below)] facilities are approved.
"Subsidy" would be " subvención" etc.
