Spanish to English translations [PRO]

Spanish term or phrase: Plomo
In this chat that I am editing, the source text word is translated (Plomo) in some cases as nice, and in other cases as sweet. It is not consistent. Can they be used interchangeably. I believe they are two people from venezuela that are speaking.
