Spanish term or phrase: entidad presentadora
In financial context, "entidad presentadora" seems to be commonly used but I cannot find a translation for it anywhere.. I am imagining it must be something like:

presenting entity/presenting institution/presenting firm...

but can't find anything concrete.. thanks for any help/suggestions. hanna

the presenting party /the presenting organization/ the presenting entity
Explanation:
It would be more normal to use "party" in a contract;
But, "the presenting organization" in all other circumstances (730 Google hits compared to 55 for "the presenting entity"); _unless_ the <entidad> might be an individual, in which case you might be forced to use "entity", or revert to "party")

Several uses of \"presenting party\" can be seen in the search:

Note: It _can_ mean \"refunding office/official\", as David Brown suggests, in the right circumstances.
