You are right in saying that the beneficiaries involved are beneficiaries of a trust. If there should be a \"fideicomisario en tercer lugar\", that would be \"Tertiary beneficiary\" (of the pertinent trust). This also comes from Tom West\'s dictionary.

a trustee is not the same as a beneficiary, so I would not use primary or secondary beneficiary. You may have a trustee as one kind of beneficiary in a policy.
