La presente Orden de Contratación tiene por objeto señalar los principales términos y condiciones de la operación que, a solicitud expresa del Cliente, va a proceder a ejecutar Banco XXXXX (el Banco), siguiendo las indicaciones de aquel.
Banco XXXXX ejecutará la presente Orden de Contratación siempre y cuando las condiciones de mercado permitan la contratación de esta operación; no comprometiéndose por tanto a asegurar su definitiva contratación, declinando cualquier responsabilidad al respecto.
Este documento no es el contrato definitivo de la operación, el cual será suscrito próximamente por el Cliente y el Banco. |
