Context:
Los titulares, y en su caso los autorizados, se obligan a prestar frente al BANCO aquellas conductas de buena fe que vayan constituyendo condicionante del regular funcionamiento de estas operaciones bancarias y en particular, a facilitarle aquellos datos, documentos o títulos de identificación, etc. que la normativa fiscal o la Autoridad Monetaria vayan imponiendo (Real Decreto 338/1990 de 9 de Marzo, etc.).

En cada una de estas presentaciones el BANCO actualizará el saldo del título, anotando en el mismo aquellas operaciones que tengan pendientes de registro.
La posesión del título no será por el contrario necesaria al BANCO para que este último pueda practicar las compensaciones que procedan en estas libretas o incluso para cancelarlas en los términos que se autoricen en las presentes condiciones.
En tales supuestos el BANCO antes de expedir un duplicado podrá optar por publicar a costa del titular el anuncio de dicho extravío en un periódico de la localidad de la Sucursal de expedición del título y en el Boletín Oficial de la provincia correspondiente, y si transcurriesen treinta días sin que se le formulase reclamación alguna anulará el título extraviado y procederá a expedir el duplicado solicitado.

sorry forgot to add: identification proof for \'titulos de identificacion\' (documents that are valid could be passport or driving licence for example but without some sort of personal identification you can\'t open an account, as I am sure you know) |
