En caso de fallecimiento o inhabilitación del titular del contrato o de cualesquiera de ellos si fueran varios bajo el régimen de utilización conjunta o mancomunada, el BANCO no exigirá su cancelación aunque, sin perjuicio de atender las domiciliaciones permanentes de gastos corrientes o de compensación de sus propios créditos anteriores con cargo al mismo, bloqueará las demás disposiciones de sus saldos hasta que se le acrediten debidamente los causahabientes del fallecido o inhabilitado y sin que le resulten de forzosa aplicación presunciones de propiedad de ámbito fiscal o cualesquiera otras no directamente aplicables al caso.
