La prestación de un servicio de Caja a tenor de los usos bancarios, respecto de los fondos que los titulares depositen en sus cuentas y/o en aquellas modalidades del contrato de ahorro/imposición que, según su condicionado específico, tengan por exclusiva finalidad el depósito de fondos reintegrables a la vista, comprometiéndose el BANCO a realizar en tal caso con ellas las operaciones inherentes a dichos servicios y, en particular, los pagos, cargos y adeudos por reintegros, extracciones, domiciliaciones, reembolsos de letras, recibos y facturas, transferencias y demás que se le soliciten, así como a ingresar en las mismas los abonos que a favor de su/s titular/es se reciban. |
