deposit slip


Explanation:
I believe that the customer only wants some sort of proof that the payment has been made. Any old deposit slip will do, whether it's debit or charge or deposit, or what-have-you.

Explanation:
When you do a transaction the bank will give you a receipt. It doesn't matter if you make a deposit or withdraw moeny. The translation can change if the context is referring to a specific banking transaction.
