Spanish to English translations [PRO]
Bus/Financial - Finance (general) | | Spanish term or phrase: Registro de comunicaciones previas | This is printed on the top of a form from the C.N.M.V. (Spanish National Securities Committee) with the number and date of the "comunicación previa de emisión". Does anyone know if there is an "official" translation for this, or what the equivalent would be?

if the "comunicación previa de emisión" is a preliminary prospectus.
otherwise I would go with "preliminary notice registry", but I'm pretty sure it does refer to a red herring
