In a deed of Constitution and Statute for an association, this forms part of the duties of the treasurer:

Thanks Xenia! My doubt was how to distinguish between dinero and efectivo, and your answer has been a help. No supporting reference however (though I couldn't find anything myself either so not to worry!) I opted for 'monies, cash and property' in the end. Thanks for your help. Dominic
